How do I enable Mac permissions?1. Check the box for camera permission and accessibility permission to the SimHawk application. 2. On Mac, go to "System Preferences" and then click on "Security & Privacy", and then click on the "Privacy" tab. Select the camera and check the box of the SimHawk application.

Why my camera is not working?1. If you didn't select the "General Webcam" while logging in, click on "Settings' on the SimHawk application and choose 'Select Camera', and then choose the camera called "General Webcam".

What to do when I see a "You are blocked" message?1. Too many wrong login attempts. 2. Restart the application or wait 3 minutes until the next trial.

What to do when I see "No connection" message?1. Make sure you are connected to the internet 2. Be aware that some institutions' networks may block access to the SimHawk application.
