  • How do I enable Mac permissions?
    1. Check the box for camera permission and accessibility permission to the SimHawk application. 2. On Mac, go to "System Preferences" and then click on "Security & Privacy", and then click on the "Privacy" tab. Select the camera and check the box of the SimHawk application.
  • How can I resolve the issue of the SimHawk application not detecting any webcam connected to my computer?
    If the SimHawk application is not detecting any webcam connected to your computer, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue: Check Webcam Connection: Ensure that your webcam is properly connected to your computer. Try reconnecting the webcam to a different USB port. Check Application Permissions: Ensure that the SimHawk application has the necessary permissions to access the webcam. On Windows, go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and check that the SimHawk application is allowed to access the webcam. On macOS, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Camera and check that the SimHawk application has permission. For Windows users, install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1: In some cases, the issue might be resolved by installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1, which can help with certain underlying dependencies required by webcam drivers.   • What to do when I see a "You are blocked" message?
    1. Too many wrong login attempts. 2. Restart the application or wait 3 minutes until the next trial.
  • What to do when I see "No connection" message?
    1. Make sure you are connected to the internet 2. Be aware that some institutions' networks may block access to the SimHawk application.
  • What Should I do if my login has failed?
    1. Make sure you are using the right user ID & Password 2. If you forget your password, please click on the link 'Forgot Password' on the SimHawk application login screen
